Synopsis
Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine, agents of the BSAA, arrived in Shibuya where they were to meet the Shinra agents, but when they arrive they find gold chains everywhere. Jill says that it's bad to get involved, but just as bad to ignore it. As they examine the chains, monsters appeared. After a quick scan with the Genesis, it showed no data on them. They decide to take them on before the other agents arrive.
Just then, more monsters arrive. After a quick scan, Jill deduced that they are part of Ouma. As if to answer their question further, another one appears. She appears to speak in broken engrish, but the two knew enough to know she was a member of Ouma and that they are involved with the gold chains.
After a slip of the tongue about the Thanatos virus, a familiar voice rings out. The Dragonturtle Mk. 1 arrives on the scene with Reiji and Xiaomu in tow. The girl called herself Sheath, from Ouma's America branch. And just as predicted, Saya also makes an appearance. It seems they have plans using these chains, but they weren't about to let it slip. After some banter, both sides ready for battle.
After they spar, the fox and hare retreat for now, since they mention they can't do anything about the chains anyway. Reiji wonders if there are other chains elsewhere. Urashima explains that she doesn't have the equipment for a proper diagnosis of the chains, but she does say they come from a rift and it is connected to another world. Urashima received a call and receives an emergency report from HQ: B.O.W.s have been sighted in Shinjuku's Kamurocho neighborhood. They head inside and make tracks toward Kamurocho.
Inside, the good doctor suggests that it won't take long to reach their destination. In the meantime, they can pass the hours doing a little...shopping. Urashima apparently has all sorts of wares for sale, and mentions that while Koryuji Holdings is a benefactor to Shinra, she still needs money in order to fund her R&D on the Dragonturtle.
Strategy: The battle ends when either Sheath or Saya is defeated
